Terms and Conditions for LostMod GPS Tracking Services

Welcome to LostMod.com . By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our GPS tracking devices and services.

1. Order Acceptance & Shipping

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• We ship across India only, with delivery times of 1-5 business days (subject to courier delays).
• LostMod reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

2. Returns & Refunds

• 7-Day Return Policy: Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
• Conditions for Return:
  • Device must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • A valid reason must be provided for the return (e.g., defective product).
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
• No Refund for Subscription Services: Once activated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Warranty & Device Replacement

• 2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty Void if:
  • Device shows physical damage, tampering, or liquid exposure.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are made.
• Replacement Policy:
  • Defective devices will be replaced without question if found faulty under warranty.
  • Customer must provide proof of purchase and return the defective unit.
  • Shipping charges for warranty claims may apply.

4. Subscription & Service Terms

• GPS tracking services require an active subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before expiry.
• No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if unused.
• Service Suspension: LostMod may suspend services for non-payment or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

• LostMod is not responsible for:
  • Loss or theft of vehicles/assets despite GPS tracking.
  • Network failures causing temporary tracking interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access due to weak user passwords.
• Maximum Liability: Limited to the cost of the device or service purchased.

6. Prohibited Use

You must NOT:

• Use the device for illegal tracking (spying, stalking).
• Tamper with or reverse-engineer the device.
• Resell our services without permission.
• Violating these terms may result in legal action and service termination.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Gurdaspur/PUNJAB, India.

8. Changes to Terms

• LostMod may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of services means acceptance of revised Terms.
